Camel racing is an authentic Arab sport, famous especially among the Arabian Peninsula Arabs. Camel racing has evolved into an official and professional race that includes race tracks, specialised farms for raising camels and running intensive training programmes to win races.

This popular sport where camels compete at speeds of up to 65 per hour on tracks specially built for this kind of race is traditional.

Done on a large stretched canvas using acrylic the picture depicts the intense coverage of an aggressive camel race.

The champions exhibit a killer instinct on their face as the camels gallop ahead in a dusty desert road. On the back ground we see Omani men in their traditional attire enjoying the event, bonding with each other.

The blue turquoise sky adds beauty and mystery to the beautiful desert race.
